Base Design is an international network of creative studios with offices in New York, Brussels, Geneva, and Melbourne. 

Founded in 1993 in Brussels, Base has built a reputation for its distinctive approach to branding and communications, combining strategy, design, and technology to support brands through moments of transformation and growth.

Known for crossing disciplines and industries, Base works across branding, visual identity, copywriting, digital design, publishing, and audiovisual content. 

Over the years, Base has developed brand and communication strategies for clients as diverse as Dior, Loewe Madrid, The New York Times, Phillips Auction House, the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, Fondation Cartier and Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MoMA, and the Museum of Sex in New York, and even New York JFK Terminal 4.

Base has also been involved in independent publishing. Between 2001 and 2003, they produced BEople, a magazine exploring Belgian identity. Later, they co-founded BozarShop, the Brussels’ Centre for Fine Arts museum store.

With a multidisciplinary ethos and a global presence, Base Design continues to shape how institutions and brands communicate in an ever-evolving cultural landscape.
