24 Hour Creative People

24 HOUR CREATIVE PEOPLE was born as a spin-off of OFFF Sevilla, the International Festival of Creativity and Digital Culture. The event will take place on November 26th at the Real Fábrica de Artillería & Fundación Cajasol.

With the institutional support of the Sevilla City Council and Fundación Cajasol, the event features a wide range of sections in collaboration with TRADE, UNIA, and the Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions.

In a hyperconnected world, looking into each other's eyes again might just be the most revolutionary thing you can do.

Under the banner "Let's meet!", we offer a disruptive format grounded in interpersonal and small-group communication, where traditional speaker/audience roles fade away in favor of a genuinely horizontal experience.

In an era defined by digital platforms, IG, TikTok, AI, and the metaverse—yet also by massive events—the Agostadero cultural association believes that true innovation lies in leaning into close-proximity practices, sustainable formats, and the micro over the macro. Because the most powerful ideas usually start close to home—in a conversation or a workshop—before expanding into the digital sphere to amplify their reach.

It is also an opportunity to connect established professionals, emerging talent, and the educational community, forging bonds that inspire future collaborations.

1

HOW DO WE GET THERE? By stepping back from social media, digital platforms, email, video calls, and avatars… and putting face-to-face encounters front and center as the foundation for building lasting relationships in an era of transience. By fostering deeper, more durable connections within the cultural and digital creative industries between established figures (both national and international), emerging talent, and the educational community—paving the way for meaningful bonds that can turn into future collaborations.

To make this happen, we are hosting a one-day event as a spin-off and warm-up for OFFF Sevilla on Thursday, November 26th, at the Cajasol Foundation headquarters in Seville. The program features 5 unique experiences followed by a networking cocktail.

All activities in this program (with the exception of the workshops) are free to attend with prior registration, on a first-come, first-served basis until full capacity is reached.

Experience 01. Coffee or creativity?

Why choose? Inspired by CreativeMornings (the monthly gatherings founded in Brooklyn by Swiss designer Tina Roth Eisenberg to spark conversations around creativity and innovation) we are hosting a creative breakfast bringing together young talent, entrepreneurs, and the educational community with leading national and international studios, creatives, artists, and professionals to tackle pressing issues in the digital creative sector.

We invite 15 participants across five tables to gather over coffee, tea, and toast for lively discussions on five central themes: "To stay or to go" , "Mainstream or Undergorund?", Creating or Managing? , "Boomer vs Z",  Level Up or New Game" Why choose?

Experience 02. Think, create, make

Who choose the winning project?

A committee formed by the participating institutions, OFFF Sevilla, and the mentors. The audience will also be able to take part in the voting.

An open call for emerging studios, artists, creatives, and professionals from the creative scene to share their early-stage projects with leading national and international figures, as well as the entrepreneurs, artists, creatives, and professionals of tomorrow. Set in a showcase + Q&A format where everyone shares the same space, each project will have 20 minutes to win over both the audience and the review panel.

Out of all the proposals submitted to the open call, 6 projects will be selected to present at the Cajasol Foundation.

As a reward for being selected, the core project teams will each receive a full pass to the entire Festival.

The individual or team behind the winning project will receive a personalized mentorship and advisory program to bring their project to life, working alongside artists and creatives Luis Arronte and Ángel Squembri from Squembri, Johanna Jaskowska, Ramón Soler from Buenaventura (Loja, Granada), Patricia Gloum from Braw Haus, and Álex Gobern. Each mentor will deliver 3 two-hour sessions to turn an idea into reality, refining every detail from initial concept to launch.

Via this form, where you will be asked to provide the project name, project description, development status, background of the individual or core team, a statement of motivation, and images illustrating your proposal.

The 6 selected projects will pitch their idea to the audience and the selection committee in 20-minute sessions on November 27th at the Cajasol Foundation, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

How to attend as an audience member?

This is a free activity with limited capacity, available via registration through this form.

Experience 03. Cocktail & match!

Is it a cocktail hour? Is it networking? It’s both. After a day of putting faces to names and discovering who’s who in the creative scene, we’re proposing a more relaxed, informal gathering where all participants share the same space.

The goal is to foster opportunities for connection in a casual setting among Spanish creatives, studios, and companies alongside our international guests, while also bridging the gap between emerging talent and the creators of tomorrow (young artists, creatives, and the educational community).

Activity for OFFF Sevilla artists and 24 Hour Creative People participants. Limited capacity. Registration opening soon.

That’s why we propose wrapping up the day with a networking mixer—offering drinks and bites to participants so they can exchange thoughts, projects, and contact details, or even set up future meetups.

The goal is to close the morning just as we started: bringing together emerging creators and established leaders to blend the present and the future of digital creation.
