Antwerp · Digital Artist
Can there be a colour that we only see online? And make-up designed for both the skin and the screen? Sarah Mayer builds her creative universe precisely there: in that blurred territory where the physical and the digital cease to be opposites and become one and the same reality.
From digital fashion to impossible make-up, Sarah Mayer explores new forms of identity in a world where the physical and the virtual coexist without boundaries. Her work moves between aesthetics, technology and the question that defines our era: what does it mean to be real in the digital age?
SA.M.CO (Sarah Mayer) is an Antwerp-based digital artist with a background in fashion and design. Her work explores digital identity and beauty standards shaped by social media, utilising CGI and augmented reality, often focusing on the human face. She creates experiences tailored to physical objects and investigates how future smart glasses and other wearable technologies could enhance both the human body and the objects we interact with.
