Inspired by the origins of cinema, this Canadian duo has achieved a high quality lo-fi aesthetic that characterizes them at first sight.

Discover the magic of creative lo-fi typography and immerse yourself in a surreal video project inspired by the iconic OFFF Festival videos. All levels are welcome, from beginners looking to unleash their creativity to advanced artists eager to hone their skills.

The workshop will be conducted in English.

Technical requirements: tools and equipment preferred for the chosen technique. For example: drawing tablet for animation, camera or iPhone for live action, software for AI generation, etc. We encourage experimenting with tangible elements to align with your lo-fi style.

NotReal is a design-oriented creative studio focused on art direction, CGI and animation, with offices in Madrid and Buenos Aires. They accept projects as challenges to be faced in order to continue innovating in the digital era. Google, eBay or Pepsi are some of those who have joined their creative challenge.

In this workshop you will learn how to build a design sequence and the process of creating an animatic will be shown, including the elaboration of the storyboard.

Banjo Soundscapes

Sound as a canvas. Navigating the creative soundscape

The Valencian studio Banjo Soundscapes specializes in sound design and audiobranding. Their musical notes have audibly illustrated international projects for the Ritz, La liga, BMW or National Geographic.

A theoretical and practical exercise in sound and musical design. Where we will learn how to face the sound design from a conceptual approach aiming to create a soundscape on demand.

Banjo Soundscapes weaves soundscapes internationally and we can hear them in videos of artists like Selena Gomez or creating audio identities for Filmin or Movistar+.

This workshop, organized with the collaboration of Fundación SGAE, will allow participants to explore our conceptual approach in order to apply it creatively and productively in the sound of any format where sound is key.

Instituto Stocos invites you to experiment with various techniques capable of expanding the expressiveness of body movement to other sensory modalities such as acoustic and visual. You will learn methods of computerized analysis and sonification of movement qualities, embodied cognition models, and generative algorithms from the field of artificial intelligence such as artificial neural networks or swarm simulation systems.

This workshop, organized in collaboration with Fundación SGAE, is the perfect symbiosis between contemporary dance and cutting-edge technology where Instituto Stocos will teach you to expand your body energy to other sensory modalities and connect the real and virtual worlds with dreamlike sound and visual spaces.
