They work on projects in a precise way, taking care of the details and dedicating the time required to reach the essence.
Idoia's work is based on the fusion of basketry with textiles and the versatility of the piece, through the combination of organic materials with different craft techniques.
She has learned and collaborated with professionals from very diverse backgrounds, cultures, experiences and knowledge have given her new visions on art, design, architecture, fashion and contemporary craftsmanship.
Her pieces have their own identity, based on the raw material, in the possible uses it has according to the needs and tastes of the person who acquires it. This allows her to create pieces with spirit, sensory, that give play to all the senses, that awaken the desire to touch, smell, bite, even hug.
Idoia lives and works in the countryside, in an area of Galicia declared a Biosphere Reserve. In this space she finds inspiration and creates sustainable projects, with organic forms that transmit the nobility and warmth of the raw materials she uses.
Yonoh's work stands out for being a fine and elegant work, impeccably resolved. This has been possible thanks to the collaboration with companies from other circuits less interested in spreading and more in contributing; thus achieving a perfect balance between their own voice and the style of the firm.
Many of them from the Mediterranean area, others from more northern latitudes.
Their work, with contemporary Scandinavian features, converge in characteristics of elegance, warmth, harmony, functionality and refined design.
The Yonoh fusion demonstrates Clara and Alex's will to be an honest studio with its own label.
